dear all 

i just got m607 printer

when i put legal paper in second tray and push the tray inside the legal papers get fold 

like they turned in size of a4

please help me out 

although i saws a video but don't understand how he did as there were no voice 

please

Hi,

You need to adjust paper guides inside the paper tray as described here.

Also keep in mind that when loaded with legal paper the tray does not close flush but sticks out about 2 inches.

i pull the 2 tray and put legal papers in it 

then push the tray 

but the papers inside turn like mountain shape

like tray make itself for a4 papers

this happen when i push tray inside

If the paper lies flat in the tray but buckles when you insert it, it sounds like the tray is not locking in the legal position.  Post a couple of pictures of the tray and what is happening and maybe something else will become obvious.

The tray sticks out this far when you load legal paper and insert the tray, this is normal, if you try to insert tray till flush it will buckle the paper as you describe

To lock tray in legal size you press lever 1 and pull the back of the tray until it stops. This physically makes the tray longer to accommodate legal paper. Lever 2 moves the back stop back to set the paper stop properly as well. Look for the marks inside the tray.
