Setting up my new LaserJet Pro 4001dn. HP app does not recognize the printer. Printer is connected via USB and prints from Mac Print app.

Hello
Does the computer have a USB port?
Is the printer directly connected to the computer via a USB cable for use?
If a patch cord is used, the aforementioned issues may arise.
It is recommended to connect the printer via a network. Network printing can avoid the aforementioned issues. Thank you.
