suddenly, just stopped printing normally on line for the ticket purchases. Everything stopped and not sure of the indicated function with no manual adjustments conducted.

the make & model is HP-laser jet pro mfp m227fdw after no response, I tried manual item review tech submitted, still no function. not sure my review & correction changes were actuate, so maybe my changes had no effect to original print failure.
