Product: Officejet 3835
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There are no error messages and when troubleshooting there seem to be no problems but I've re-installed set up drivers etc and cartridges are full but the printer only prints in black and white ????? Help would be appreciated

Windows 10 has a habit of not detecting printer features properly. On your PC, go to control panel>devices and printers and then right click on the icon for your printer and select printer properties from the drop down menu. Click on the device settings tab and scroll down in the installable options window until you see "device type" and change it from auto or mono to color.
