Product: HP Color Laserjet CP1215
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having issues with my printer and color images. A pink shadow appears on color images and any black text around them. If it is just black text it prints fine. This was occurring with HP toner in the printer. I have downloaded and run the printer doctor HP software, have vacuumed out the entire printer, changes all of the toner cartridges, and printed a cleaning page and the color images still won't print correctly. I know this is an old printer at this point, but is there a fix for this? I keep seeing reference to the toolbox for calibration but can't actually find it anywhere to download it and try that. 

 

Any suggestions appreciated!

Can you post a sample? Usually this issue is caused by a bad cartridge but if you have changed them then possibly there is an issue with your transfer belt.

Sorry they are facing the wrong way. You can see the shadow on the images and the bottom corner of the map where the key is
