Hi 

the touch for my printer screen not working and it's showing (hp) logo only

This behavior typically indicates either corrupted firmware or a failed main board. I first recommend unplugging the unit, leave it off for a few minutes. Before plugging it in, hold in the power switch for a few seconds to ensure that all residual power is drained from the power supply. Then restart, making sure that the power cord is plugged directly into the wall and not into any surge protector or multi-outlet tap. If it still does not start, you would then need to perform an NVRAM reset.
