my printer lost connection to the internet and will  not reconnect

@kenb119, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

To connect the printer to the wireless network

  1. From the home screen of your printer control panel, go to 'Wireless' (not Wireless direct)

  2. Scroll down, select Restore defaults

  3. Go back to the wireless menu and select Wireless setup wizard

  4. The printer will start looking for available wireless networks.

  5. Choose your network. (2.45GHz only)

  6. Once the printer is connected to the wireless network, the blue wireless light will become steady.

Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network.

 

On your PC, download and install the HP drivers.

Click here to download the driver. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file and follow on-screen instructions.
