Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

My printer just will not turn on.  I've tried everything.  It's not the plug, the switch will not operate.

Do you have the printer connected to the wall outlet or a surge protector? as recommendation yo must kept your printer connected to the wall outlet

 

also I leave you here a document where you can follow up some steps to solve the issue
