I have been unable to print to the printer through our wireless network - both from my phone and from my laptops - although the printer shows that it is connected to the network.  I have tried reinstalling the printer to the network, but it does not work.  I have also tried to go to the printer webpage as was suggested in some other answers in the forum, but the webpage for the printer does not come up - I get an error message saying the site cannot be reached.

Does the network address of the printer appear to be in the same network segement as the laptops and mobile devices. Example  Printer address: 192.168.1.50   All devices with an IP address of 192.168.1.xxx (xxx=random number between 001 and 254). If not they are on different segments and you will not be able to communicate. It is possible that the printer is currently configured to act as WiFi direct printing so it would show as being connected but that would be a different network than your laptops are connected to.
