I just replaced my toner cartridges and they are printing black over the other text. I aligned the printer and calibrated the new cartridges.

I would think you have a bad black toner cartridge. To check go to the diagnostics menu on the printer and choose the item disable cartridge check. When the printer says ready, diagnostics mode, go to the same menu and print the pq troubleshooting pages. I assume you will get the black problem. Now open the toner door and swap the black and cyan toners so the cyan toner is in the black slot and the black toner is in the cyan slot. Close the door and go to the same menu again and print the same troubleshooting pages. If you still have a black problem, then the black toner cartridge has an issue and needs to be replaced.

Thank You for the reply. I did find a flaw in the new black cartridge that was letting it continue to apply ink throughout the print cycle. I have a new one coming. Have a Great weekend.
