I have a HP Color LaserJet MFP M277c6 printer.  It's working fine whenever I print color- but when I print black n white- the center of the page will be LIGHT!! I am still on the original cartridge from 2 years ago.  Do you think it's dried up in the middle? It's a HP cartridge.

the toner is at 50% remaining.  I did the cleaning and color calibration.  It didn't help.

Status: Normal Approximate Pages Remaining †: 1150 Pages Printed With This Supply †: 1080

Thanks!

Laser cartridges do not "dry up" the toner is a dry powder. You can have issues where the toner is not distributed evenly in the cartridges and causes a light spot. You can try gently shaking the black cartridge side to redistribute toner.
