Hello,
i have a problem with hp laserjet p1102, after restart computer, or after repluging usb cable, windows found new device, and install priter again. But new installed printer is with yelow triangle, old look ok, but not prinitg from some programs (word). It is set as main. I tried to reinstall the driver and restart, I tried uninstall lastest windows updates, but this problem persist. I have same problem from october, at 3 companies, on about five printers.
Can anyone help me please?

Hi,
From your computer run the HP Smart Install Control Utility, follow the steps on screen to disable HP Smart Install:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL53550/lj-129224-1/LJP1100_P1560_P1600_SI_Utility.exe
Next power off the printer and remove any copy of the printer from Devices and Printers.
Power on the printer and the printer should be added again automatically, then follow for any difference.
Be sure to disable HP Smart Install by following the tool on a computer connected to the printer with any affected printers.
