HP Laser MFP135w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a new printer HP Laser MFP 135w a month ago for home use. It worked fine until about three days ago when it suddenly gave the message C2-1510  "incompatible toner cartridge". The worrying thing is that it is the same cartridge which came with the printer, I checked HP support and found the reset method, it did not work. I even bought a new 107A cartridge, still same error.  How do I resolve this?

The printer is connected by wireless and currently has the latest updates installed.

Thanks

Tayyeb

If the printer is only a month old, contact HP technical support and initiate a warranty claim. If they cannot resolve the issue they will send you a replacement printer. Warranties exist for a reason and if a brand new product has an issue, that is the reason.
