Hi.

When I send any document from any device (PC, iPhone, iPad, ...) to my printer via the @hpeprint.com address, I get:

Load tray 1.

Plain, Letter

Or press [OK] to use

available media.

Everything inside the printer's setup is configured as A4.

If I print via AirPrint or directly (not using @hpeprint.com), all works fine.

I need to get rid of these messages and make the printer print immediatly upon receiving data via email.

Neither Google, not suggested threads inside this forum helped!

Please advise ...

Check printer settings to see if there is an automated substitute a4 for letter setting. Or see if you can set your EPrint defaults to A4.

Thanks for the reply.

- I checked all settings (via the printer web interface) but didn't find any possibility to substitute Letter size with A4 size.

- Right, I also thought that ePrint would default to Letter (by mistake?). But same question here ... where to find the ePrint settings? Inside the printer's web interface, or online somewhere in the hp.com pages of my account. I checked both .... found nothing!

I just saw that the HP ePrintCenter is no longer available. I believe this was where the ePrint settings could be changed.

So what now?
