"PCL XL error Warning: IllegalMediaSource" on HP printers

Printer will not print unless you go to it and press the "ok" button to process the job.  It then prints the job and an extra sheet with this message: PCL XL error Warning: IllegalMediaSource.

Restarted the spool on the server.  Restarted the server.  Read similar problems on the web.

that usually comes from the Driver that is being used,  Your going to want to uninstall your machine and re install it with the proper driver,  You might need to choose a PCL6 driver or post script to better your printing needs.

Thank you Macmac55.  The problem, as it turns out, was that a user had changed the setting to manual feed on the two printers.  When restored to the default setting the print jobs started coming through. 

I would have hoped for a more informative error message than what HP provided.
