when i want print some text or picture my printer print just like this.

what can i do? please help

its hard to say without actually being in front of the printer, but i'd say you have an issue with either the toner cartridge or the laser scanner assembly.  reseat the toner cartridge and make sure its getting good contact w/ the grounding springs/contacts inside the printer.  do you have another toner cartridge? even if its used, try it out and see if there is any difference.  if there is, bad toner.

Get the toner cartridge replaced and it'll be fine.
