This is a main motor startup error. In other words when the motor is supposed to turn it can not and gives the error. I have seen this with other printers and sometimes it is not the motor that is the issue. You may want to download the service manual since you will need instructions on how to diagnose. Lets just say that sometimes the fuser can be binded which prevent the main motor from turning. Also a bad toner cartridge that can not turn will sometimes cause the error. Remove the toner cartridge and turn on the printer and see if it get to asking for toner or gives the error. If still gives error without toner, then that is not the issue. You could use the service manual to remove the fuser and try turning the main gear on the fuser by hand. If it turns, then the fuser is not the issue and most likely the main motor needs to be replaced. Hope some of this helps.

Hello there
1.Turn the product off and then on.
2.Use the COMPONENT TEST (in the DIAGNOSTICS menu) to test the fuser motor functionality. If necessary, replace the motor
If the printer goes to the error it´s a bad fuser and needs to be replace
As well may sure that the unit it´s directly connected to a wall outlet since it could be simply a lack of power issue
