does anyone know what is causeing these marks on every print??

Those repetitive defects are caused by a failed fuser assembly and you will need to replace it. It is possible that the defect on the right side of the page is caused by a label stuck to the fuser but the defect on the left side is consistent with a failed film on the hot roller.
