There's currently an email saved as the sender email, but I want to add a new one because the current email belongs to someone that no longer works in the office. How can I change it?

Hi @Coryg11,

Thank-you for clarifying for me. Below, I have posted a link to a document that offers some instructions on how to setup and configure the scan to email feature of your printer. When you open the link scroll to the section titled "Set up the Scan to E-mail feature on a Mac" Please try out all of the steps, in order and get back to me with the results.

If this helps show appreciation for my reply by hitting the “thumbs up” below, or click the "Accept as Solution" button if I have helped you reach a solution.

I hope this helps, and have a great day.

Welcome to the HP Community,

I understand you would like to change the email for your HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276. I will be happy to help.

To change the email address of your HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276 you will need to login to the HP connected account associated with the printer. Once logged in choose "devices" from the top menu. Under "devices", find the printer that you wish to change the email of and select "settings". Under the "settings" menu you should see an option to "change printer email".  After that you can create a new email address for your printer.

Please try out the steps above and let me know the results.

If you require any assistance with changing the printers email you can contact HP cloud services for assistance at 1‑855‑785‑2777.

Thanks @MarcelusWallace,

Unfortunately this doesn't answer my question. I want to change the work email that's associated with the printer for sending out scans from the scan to email function. Right now it's cayce@ourbusiness.com and he no longer works here. I want to be able to add email addresses of current employees so clients aren't confused when they receive the emails. I hope this better explains my problem.

Thanks
