Grab a flash light and shine it into the control panel.
If there is content then the printer has a bad control panel. Replacement control panels can be purchased and swapped out relatively easily.
If there is no content then your printer is failing to boot and may have a power or a related critical problem. First step is to call it into HP for support. Second step would be to send it to a HP certified tech for a quote. Without an error message to referance any kind of DIY repair suggestions would be a low chance of success.
Also, make sure the printer is getting enough power by removing any power switches and plugging it directly into a different wall outlet. If the printer works from another outlet then swap your power switch.

Hi pvkarani,
1) Can you hear any noises when turning the printer on? (like fans, motos, etc...)
2) What colour is the light of the formatter? (at the rear of the printer, where the ports are)
3) Do an engine test. There is a tiny hole at the left side cover (near the bottom of it). Insert a thin object like a paperclip and hold it for several seconds. What are the results?
