How can I program my printer to print up the time/date and FAx number of the destination after the FAX is completed automatically or must I always have to ask fotr it? My old fax machine printed all informatin automatically.

I understand that you are looking for a fax confirmation report to make sure the fax is sent. You need to turn on the fax confirmation to enable this feature. Try the steps below:
- From the Home screen on the product control panel, swipe until the Setup menu (Gear icon) displays. Touch the Setup icon to open the menu.
- Open the Reports menu.
- Find the Fax Reports. Turn on the "Fax confirmation" to enable the feature.
That should do the trick. But if the "Fax reports" is not present under the report menu, check the option under the "Fax setup" options.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.
