HP CP5225
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

using the cp5225 printer, i want to print on vinyl paper, but the problem when printing A4 size (vinyl or HVS plain paper), the result is nice, but when printing to a3 vinyl paper, always the color from about 2/3 paper is sliding (see pictures)

 

also there is supplies status page..

already calibrates many times, printing on vinyl using "labels" setting

 

please help, dont know what to do

Hard to tell on my phone, but is it the registration shift you are referring to? This media is likely on the border of what printer can handle. Is the A4 media the same brand as the A3? Is your firmware up to date? Is this clear vinyl? If yes, setting for transparency might yield better results.

sorry, here is the detailed picture..

 

you can see the "netto :100ml" there sholud be no "white" background on the result .. but the black color is "sliding"

 

also the 2nd picture the yellow also had problem..

yes the A4 vinyl paper is the same with A3 paper with trouble.. i cut the paper to A4 size..

tried all vinyl type "white, transparant, matte" with setting "label, transparancy, glossy, plain, " same result..
