hi ever one
i have a HP LaserJet Pro MFP M125a (CZ172A) printer
and it is non wireless printer
but every time I saw a network with the same number of my printer

You are seeing someone else's printer that is all. It is secured so you would not be able to connect. Someone near you has an HP printer that they have configured Wi-Fi direct printing on. As devices become more common with Wi-Fi direct you will see more and more of this. I have been sitting in a doctor's office in a large building anf have seen 5 or more printers shoe up.
