Product: HP printer M604

my printer hp m604 shows system memory error. error code:10.00.03

I know these issue is related with caritdge but I tried the cartridge on another m604 printer and it works fine .

so what should I do to fix this problem .

please help me!!!

Was the firmware revision on both printers the same? Are these HP cartridges or 3rd party? Newer firmware will often cause problems with 3rd party. Do other cartridges work in this printer? You could have a damaged chip reader on the printer.
