the printer is printing red, blue, yellow, & black lines in the documents I need to print

I just bought and set up an HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M281fdw; however, when I send a text or an address to print on an envelope the printer prints the text or address with horizantal color lines.  I have tried to select different settings for printing documents and envelopes but it does not help.

As I understand, printer prints horizontal lines while printing.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

Does this happen while making a copy?

Does it prints those lines while printing a regular document? 

Did it work fine before?
