the printer won"t print, just keeps going around in circles

When i try to print either from pc, printer or iphone the printer keeps spinning in circles, makes soft noise but won't print.  scanner still works

Most of the printing issues can be resolved by performing a simple power cycle. 

Here is how to do it:

1.) Make sure this printer is plugged into a direct wall, not a surge protector

2) Remove all of your ink cartridges from the printer and close the door

3.) Turn off your iPhone,PC , Printer and Router.

2.) Unplug the power from the back of router, wait for 10 -15 seconds.

3.) Connect the power cable back to router, turn on the router first. Wait till the router to initialize.

4.) Turn on Printer, PC and iPhone

6.) ) Wait for the printer to turn on completely, then install the ink cartridges.

7.) Try to print.
