Product: HP Laser Jet 4050

Error Message: Load tray 2

I have an HPLJ 4050 with a missing Tray Sensing Arm.  I need directions on easiest way to either remove the paper Pickup Drive Assembly for Tray 2 or replace the tray sensing arm.

There is no easy way, you will need to download service manual and star with instructions from manual, getting tray 2 removed from this printer model isn't a simple task.

Thank you Valsimot, I have the manual. I was hoping someone had a trick. Shame such an easily broken part is so difficult to rectify.
