Hi Sharon04,

I did a quick check of the Knowledge Base for the 6220 all-in-one printer (you didn't mention which specific model you have, but they should all be pretty much the same specifications for paper weight handling): https://support.hp.com/gb-en/product/hp-envy-photo-6200-all-in-one-printer-series/9073045/document/c...

The specifications state the following: Tray 1: A4: 75 to 90 g/m²; HP envelopes: 75 to 90 g/m²; HP Photo Paper: up to 250 g/m²; HP 10 x 15 cm photo paper: up to 250 g/m²

What paper style are you using?

Hi,

Most if not all current HP consumer inkjet printers support a card weight of 163 to 200 GMS, not any thicker or heavier cards.

There are some commercial products to support thicker cards such as HP PageWide Pro printers which support 90 to 110 lb cards weight (243 to 298 gsm cards), but those are much higher end and cost type of printers for commercial usage, such a printer cost starts for approx. 350$..
