Product: cp3525dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer will not reboot after a power off situation.

Error message 49.00 FF ERROR

to continue turn off then on.

Continues to display same message after many cycles of off/on

HP Recommended

Plug out every line, power USB Net, then plug just one line  power and power on it.

Can it come to ready?

 

If yes you have to find out which PC is sending something that cause it.

Delete all the print queue.

Plug back net ,USB then re-print again abd see what happen.

 

If it is still 49.00.FF Error Do a Cold Reset (or Restore Default) then do a NVRAM.

Still not work then you may have a bad formatter maybe need to be replaced.
