Hey @JSR789,
I see that you are having issues with your Laserjet P1102w Printer being connected to your wireless network. I can help you with that. First though, you are going to need a Windows PC or a Mac to connect the printer to your wireless network. Please let me know if you can obtain such a device and the operating system on that computer. Once I know that I will be better able to assist you.
I work on behalf of HP

Alright, first make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a surge protector. Once done:
- If the printer is connected to your Windows 10 PC through a USB cable remove it.
- Close all programs you have open.
- In your search bar type in Printers and open Devices and Printers.
- Click on Remove Device.
- Repeat for any other icon of your printer listed.
- Connect the USB cable to your PC.
- Click on the icon of your printer on your PC and run Setup or HP Setup.
Please let me know if this resolves your issues. If it does, please click on Accept Solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. Both icons are below this post.
