No changes I'm awarwe of. Just after hitting print you have to go to printer and push ok button in order for it to print.

The symptoms possibly indicate that the paper size (e.g. A4 or Letterand paper type (e.g. Plain or Letterhead) attributes requested in the print job cannot be satisified by the currnt printer tray configuration (in terms of those attributes).

 

What values of these attributes is/are your print job(s) requesting, and how are the paper tray(s) configued on the printer?

It turned out to be the settings had been chagned some how on the printer. On the computer the paper setting was for letter, on the printer it was set for plain. Once I changed the printer to letter it worked without issues.
