I have been with HP since 2022 and come from a technical support background with practical experience across multiple platforms and PC environments. Over the years, I’ve developed strong expertise in HP and Poly device support and currently help users while creating TKB content for Poly devices. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and making technical information easier to understand for the community. Being active in the HP Community gives me the opportunity to learn, contribute, and support customers in a meaningful way, and I’m excited to keep growing and adding value as an HP Community Expert.
