My journey with technology began early, my first computer arrived at home when I was five years old. What started as an enjoyment of video games evolved into hands-on system tuning and performance optimization to achieve the highest possible FPS, ultimately leading to a career in IT support.

 

With over two decades of experience using HP products, I bring extensive practical expertise in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues across HP PCs and peripherals. My goal within the HP Community is to provide clear, technically accurate guidance that helps users effectively resolve their issues, while continuously expanding and refining my technical knowledge.

 

During my downtime, you’ll find me limit testing in video games, experimenting with new technology and reading to keep learning and improving myself. I look forward to collaborating with the community to solve issues together.
