I started my career in IT nearly two decades ago, and over the years I’ve grown from solving small technical issues to supporting some of HP’s largest enterprise customers across North America and Canada.

I see myself first as a customer advocate, someone who listens, understands the real problem, and finds a practical solution. Helping customers, simplifying complex issues, and closing long-pending problems is what keeps me motivated every day.
