Meet the Experts

The HP Expert Program celebrates the technical wizards who share their knowledge to help people all over the planet get the most out of their HP products. This program is part of HP's commitment to recognize and empower those who enrich online communities. Here are the HP Experts in their own words.

I enjoy the challenge of solving complex puzzles and found that volunteering here in the HP community provides that same satisfaction. I intend to continue my active participation, learning, and contributing as a technical resource for years to come.

My background is rooted in Information Technology Engineering, where I first connected with PC technology back in 2007. I bring over 5 years of direct experience supporting HP products, and my role as a Global Support Engineer has given me comprehensive exposure across the product line. I possess strong knowledge in networking, holding expertise equivalent to CCNA and CCNP certifications.

I specialize in supporting a wide array of HP units, including desktops, laptops, All-in-One (AiO) PCs, premium commercial units, and printers. This hands-on experience, combined with my commitment to continuously learn new technologies, allows me to provide robust and up-to-date diagnostic and resolution support.

I look forward to connecting, sharing knowledge, and helping the community solve its toughest challenges.
