We have 2 HDX7000 systems in 2 different rooms. Everything works fine when we call to other location, but one location is strange. 1 system cannot see the far side, but when we call from system 2, we can see the far side.
I\We have no idea what is going wrong.

Answer: Please check the relevant release notes or admin guide for your device under the section “Inbound and Outbound Ports” or "Port usage" => here <= in order to open the relevant firewall ports.
