Please share the Rest-API for below:
1. To find the status of Paired Touch Panel with VC.
2. To disable Provisioning.
3. To enable SIP

Welcome back to the HP Poly community.
Usually, the REST API documentation lists all publicly supported API's. This also depends on the Provider being used.
Using the FAQ examples and the Developer Mode of your browser should not stop you from finding out parameters or functions that are not listed or supported.
If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
