Poly Studio E60

We would like to inquire about a specific functionality related to our current room setup. We are using the Poly Studio G62 as the codec and the Poly Studio E60 camera. Currently we are using Teams provider.

Our question is whether it is possible for the E60 camera to automatically move to a predefined preset position upon startup, without requiring any manual input or configuration. I have reviewed several documents and resources regarding the E60, but I have not come across any clear reference to such a feature.

Could you please confirm whether this functionality is supported, or if there is any workaround or recommended approach to achieve this behavior? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Poly Studio G62 Software Version: 4.4.3.438012
Poly Studio E60 Software Version: 1.1.3.6

Hello @CanALDAS ,

Welcome to the HP community.

Judging by a quick community search >here< or >here< seems our Partner Microsoft does not check this value.

There is also an older reply >here< stating the same.

From my understanding this is a limitation on our Partner Microsoft's end and any request must go via Microsoft.

If you do not agree with this reply, and if no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Best regards
