We recently migrated our HDX8000 to a new domain that uses DHCP, but our VTC unit has a static IP address. Apparently the static IP was not reserved and there's now an IP conflict. Is there any way to update the IP information without having access to the Web Interface?

Hello @jasonmcgee79 ,

Welcome to the Poly Community. Usually, we ask for this:

I assume you have the remote for the device?

Press the Home key => System => Admin Settings => and navigate to the network menu.

The above may need the Admin Password. Alternatively factory restore the Unit to the Out of Box state. You will lose any applied licenses.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
