Hello and thank you for having me in this community.
Does there exist a method using Curl and or API reference to extract whether or not my G7500 Codec has two Displays? I.e two hdmi out connections to the device?

Hello @DanielPetrillo ,
Welcome back to the HP Poly community.
From our Public Video FAQ:
May 19, 2020 Question: Does a Poly G7500, G62, or Studio X50/X30 support REST API?
Resolution: Details on this can be found in the Poly VideoOS REST API Reference Guide >here< (or search the Support Page for the latest) or for instructions check >here<
NOTE: Please be aware that the community is not the official documentation source and is maintained by volunteers and enthusiasts and some of the below may not work or be supported in any other mode than Poly Provider Mode!
I suggest you bookmark this.
There is also Poly API Resources | hp's Developer Portal which I will add to the above
Best Regards
