Product: Poly E60

Hi Poly community.

Our customer has just purchased several MTRoW with Poly E60 cameras.

The camera has started displaying an error message: "Camera Configuration Error: Refer to the full user guide" on the video output. This error message appears when in a meeting (seen by the far-end) or when viewing the camera preview from Teams > Settings. The device manager shows the device working fine. Poly Lens shows it as fine. Teams Admin Center shows it connected fine.

Power cycle the camera and the error goes, but intermittently returns.
I've read the user guide and am not sure what this is referring to - any ideas?

welcome back to the HP Poly community. What software version is the E60 running?

 

1.0.4.2 was released so ensure this is the build it is running.

 

As a next step, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
