Oi pessoal, Tenho um problema muito sério com o meu QDX6000. De repente o equipamento permanece em todos os momentos na tela de atualização ou restauração de fábrica. Alguém sabe como resolver isso?

Hi everyone, I have a very serious problem with my QDX6000. Suddenly the device remains at all times in the factory update or factory reset screen. Does anyone know how to solve this?

I just experienced the same problem with QDX 6000 while it was turned on normally and appeared the SYSTEM UPDATE screen.  After rebooted, the same update appeared again and again.  Could you please advise how to solve this issue.  Thanks
