I wanted to updated one thing about the link I sent. I don't see a 3.0.0.3 option. If it isn't located there then it is nolonger for donwload.

Thank you. Its there.

I'd go straight to V3.1.1.3.  There will be a good reason why 3.0.0.3 has been withdrawn.  You have the rights to V3.1.1.3 & a doc I taylored is attached.

I am sorry, it is HDX-8000. I found 3.0.3 but could not update. There was an error message 413-Request Entity Too Large. Can you please tell me whats that mean?

No idea.  Never seen that error message from a Polycom device.  Are you sure it's not your network objecting to large file downloads?

Did you extract polycom-hdx-release-XXXXXXXXXX.pup file from downloaded polycom-hdx-release-XXXXXXXXXX.zip?

I looked around on Google. I can say for sure that this is it but from what I read it means the network or ISP is not allowing a file of that size to be transferred to the desired point.

There is a document on the support web site (http://supportdocs.polycom.com/PolycomService/support/global/documents/support/setup_maintenance/pro... ) that guides you through updating software and updating options.

Thank you all for your support and help. I successfully upgraded my Polycom.
