I have been using the Polycom HDX 7000 device, now HDX 7000 not get the camera and remote control are not playable. However, devices HDX apparently still active. Need urgent support and wish to thank many

There are various post explaining to check all the wiring etc.

Also it would be helpful to post some details about the unit and it’s usage.

Maybe even past the device serial usually starting with 82

If you require urgent support please open a support ticket with your Polycom reseller.
