I have an HDX 8000 HD (running 3.0.5) connecting to a VMR on an RMX 4000 via h323.  Other users are coming in from the internet through CloudAxis via SIP, using an RPAD as the traversal point into our network.  When the HDX starts sharing content, the presenter will see "The far system is not capable of receiving content" come up on their screen.  She has to try sharing content multiple times until it finally goes through.

The Content Settings in the conference profile is set to h263/h264 auto select, but each participant is negotiating h264.

The kicker... this only seems to occur when one particular person joins the conference.  I have watched him join and have verified that audio, video, and content channels are all being negotiated successfully.  I have not been able to replicate this issue from a lab environment and cannot find any documentation online pertaining to this error.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

Is the person which is suspect connecting with H.239 content or People+Content Enterprise which was used pre-239 on some older Polycom endpoints (iPower and ViewStation).

How video traffic is geeting to far side participate, is there any firewall involve between?

are the far side participante able to share content or not?

As since both EP is nagosiating on H.264 so there is no issue with protocal.

Please check with far side participate to get it fix...)
