I have an HDX8000 and an IP7000 phone connected by the microphone cable. When I am making multipoint audio or video calls the IP7000 phone deactivates the video call or leaves the video without audio. Test with another HDX and IP7000 phone in the same scenario and do the same and the other I see is that in Multipoint Audio and Video does not work the automatic response activated. I would like to know if it is a topic of Multipoint License or what it may be.

Hello armontesm,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.
