HTTPS REST API for G700

Dear all

Is there an HTTP/s REST API on the RealPresence Group 700? And if yes, any documentation available? I was searching the community platform here and doc's from poly, but did not found any.

Welcome to the Poly Community.

No there is no REST API for the GroupSeries. Just Telnet commands as explained in the FAQ:

Jun 23,2014 Question: Can I use a API with a HDX or RealPresence Group Series video systems?

Answer: Please check the relevant Integrator's Reference Manual => here <=. Please note that the Telnet Port 24 is being used.

The availbility of the telnet api on port 24 (if setup) I did know. But even for this one, I did not find any related documentation specific for the G700. I only found this one for the G7500, but commands still work for the G700 as well:

Still I would prefer an https rest api available, but will work it out with telnet then.

The GroupSeries is not yet end of life but to my own personal knowledge, there is no new development so there is no REST API.

The "old" method gong back to the VSX or HDX day's has always been as documented in the INTEGRATOR REFERENCE GUIDE guide >here<

Version 6.2.2 is the current latest.
