HP Recommended

I have HDX8000 Fw 3.1.2 and want to expande camera EE2 by connect camera 2 to port but it can not detect camera 2 it display "UNKNOW " and i change connect camera 1 port to camera 2 port and detect it same display at camera 2 but camera 1 is can detect normal. What i wrong about it please advised.

Camera at port 2 requires external power supply 1465-52748-040
