Hello @Najeeb222, Welcome to the HP Poly Support Community.

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the Poly Group 500.

We appreciate the opportunity to assist you and are glad we could help work toward a resolution. We hope our support has been valuable.

If your Poly Group 500 serial number is not recognized in the HP support portal, use these steps:

  1. Open the HP Poly support page:
    HP Poly Product Support
  2. Select your product details manually:
    • Product Name: Poly
    • Choose your Product Series from the menu
  3. Create a support case if the serial number is still not accepted.
  4. Include the unrecognized serial number in the issue description when submitting the case.

For a Group Series factory restore, the USB key setup requires a software key text file and the device serial number. The USB must be empty, formatted as FAT32, and the required files must be copied to the root directory.

Have a great day!

I'm an HP Employee.
