I have a Kedacom VC unit and connect to it using PVX with no problems.

 

I just tried m100 and while it connects to the VC unit and the video is fine - both ways, the audio from the m100 to the VC unit  is very bad - unintelligible.  Its sounds like the same problem that someone had with m100 and the lifesize units.

 

m100 doesn't seem to have many options for configuration.

 

Can anyone in Polycom suggest how we can get this working. It seems to be an audio codec issue.

 

Appreciate some help as we would like to migrate to m100.
